Details
The new Impact Soil Sampler now has a clever frame design that allows you to split the supporting frame into two halves. This means that when you have taken a sample you no longer have to slide or remove the blades, either damaging or smudging the sample. This also completely eliminates any physical effort needed to separate the blades from the tool.
Diameter of sample hole = 5 cm
Depth of sample hole = just over 20 cm
Note, this tool must be used in conjunction with a dedicated nylon faced BMS mallet, this both increases the life of this instrument and also makes your job much easier.
